Running for one person on a private network. The source is private; the demo above is a front-end copy with invented data.

VISR is where the founder does his part of the company's work. Everything the agents need from a person (a decision, a review, a login, a chore) arrives as one card in one deck, and nothing that isn't on a card is waiting on him. It runs as a web app on his own private network and is used mostly from a phone.

The demo above is the same app with invented projects and no connection to anything: approve a draft by dragging the stamp onto it, open a card, edit its document, send feedback, or ask the chat what needs you. The projects, agents and cards are made up, and the chat is a script running in your browser, not a model. Nothing you do leaves the page, and none of it is evidence of how the real company runs. Open it full screen.

The deck

Cards are shown one at a time, as a split-flap stack: tap the top half for the next card, the bottom half to go back. The order is computed, not chosen: cards he can act on come first, then work whose decision releases something, client work before products before internal work, with real due dates and what a decision unblocks moving a card up. A filter in the corner splits the deck into three lanes:

  • Decide: drafts to approve, finished work to accept, questions only he can answer.
  • Do: chores that need his hands, and issues assigned to him in Linear.
  • Happened: receipts for things the system did on a standing rule, each undoable for a week.

The desk

Opening a card shows its desk. The first page is a short brief written by a model from the whole item: what it is, what is being asked, and a recommendation. Below it are the screenshots and the link to a live preview when there is one. Further pages hold the full outcome document, the agent's checkpoint, earlier feedback and the facts (state, branch, what it is waiting on).

Documents can be edited in place. If the file changed underneath, the save stops and asks whether to keep his version or take the newer one, so an agent's newer edit is never overwritten silently.

Stamps and verbs

The common decisions are rubber stamps: APPROVE and REFUSE. A stamp is picked up and dragged onto the page.

The rest are buttons: ACCEPT releases finished work to its destination; FEEDBACK (typed or dictated, with attachments) sends it back to the same agent; PARK, LATER, NOT NEEDED and I'M ON IT keep the deck honest about what he is actually going to do.

Getting things in

Intake, in the menu, files a note about any project, by typing or dictation. A note sits for a few minutes so it can still be edited, then a drafting agent turns it into a draft outcome, a chore or nothing, and the result comes back as a card.

The chat

Beside the deck on a tablet or laptop, and a tap away on a phone, is a chat with the Superintendent, the manager agent that runs the company day to day. He can ask what needs him, have it walk him through the deck, tell it to accept or park a card, or dictate an idea for it to file. When it proposes an action, the action appears as a button he taps, and most can be undone.

What it does not do

VISR has no authority of its own. It shows the runtime's state and sends the founder's actions to it; whether an action is allowed is checked by IntrinsicOS. It is not a dashboard of everything the agents did: routine sessions, alerts and internal runs stay out of the deck unless they need him.
