Sophron Studies
A women's Bible study platform with custom e-commerce and CMS-backed content management.
The problem
My client runs a women's Bible study ministry and needed a website where they could sell study materials, publish blog content, and manage everything themselves. They needed a real shopping experience — not just a Shopify embed — but also needed to update content without calling a developer.
What I built
A full e-commerce implementation with custom UI: product listings, cart, checkout via Stripe, and email order reporting to the client. The blog is backed by Sanity CMS with webhook-triggered revalidation on publish — the client updates content in Sanity and the site rebuilds automatically.
I also went on-site to shoot b-roll footage that serves as the hero video, along with product photography for the online store. The entire site is backed by Sanity so the client has full content ownership; fast load times were a priority — optimized images, minimal JavaScript, edge deployment.
Stack
Next.js, Sanity CMS, Stripe, Tailwind CSS, Vercel.
Status
Live and in production. The client manages all content independently.
